Interfacing, iron-on
An interlining, or formerly called a interlining, is used to reinforce part of the garment: such as the hems, facings, belts, and cuffs for a garment; handle, bottom of bag or wallet etc for decoration; whether iron-on or not, it can be made of different materials (cotton, viscose, acrylic) and gives the glued fabric strength and robustness.
